What agronomic characters does a 10k per cut genetic present

Did you read the article I sent you?

And why do you persume I never heard of perkin elmer…?

No indication in that…i wasnt aware their in in this specific segment were talking about…

Did you ever write anything, in your life?

seems that perkin elmer thinks they can do it

Why are you salty brother I mean Im just trying to open up a new topic that noone seems to care about but we all should…

I shared the article that it is possible in 2006…for cbx sythases…you should know academics also sometimes translate to industry…
I shared a above average CoA of Average genetics…

Probably you could scour up more info yeah

Not me doing your homework if you want to contribute to the talk.

What the hell did you say but, beside your observation that its too complicated and then started attacking me…

Are you frustrated cause I wont lay it out to you?

I said echo and closing a few posts up and boone listened

Edit: so class, wich traits in your breeding efforts have you observed to be reccesive or dominant?

Also, that cut could be the latest boutique, or a great example of a landrace, what qualities that make it desirable is up to the individuals needs, some people need that trop-cookies-peanut-breath-cake-fritter-boo-bop-bing-herr-derr-chad trend bulls*** normy prep jock dips*** commercial jaggoffs need.

Then there’s the subtle and nuanced craft of finding specific oddball characteristics that can make that next boo-bop-bing-herr-derr strain make all the Chad’s lizard brains go “Ooooo shiny”.

It’s all in necessitated wants and needs. Those needs are individually pertaining to whatever the circumstance is.

But it’s all in the boo-bop-bing-herr-derr. that’s the trick. Monsanto, the Chad’s, that dead head, are all chasing that (insert quality/thing here)

Are you crowdsourcing the desired characteristics of a “unicorn cultivar” so that you can pursue this gene editing project, yourself, in the EU?

Identifying traits and biomarkers so you can modify your own $10k cuts?

Nice score those sound great good luck @vortal!

Get Jelly Breath if you can.

That would be so cool… But sadly no, I would like to explore this on academic level though…

Best answer so far.

You’d have to investigate hormone pathways and try to refine what specific genetic part of sequence is responsible for what specific trait you are finding desirable and to what you are trying to express, but gibberellins pathways might be a good candidate.

Might end up with a few flipper babies, but what pillar of science wasn’t founded on flipper babies amiright?

(Laughs in Monsanto)

(Lightening strikes)

Also, after reading this, I got a brain, but damn this is a whole other topic I need to brush up on.

The thing is this plants SO susceptible, and reflective of its minutiae environment. That’s the reason why you could get the same cut to three wonderful growers, and get almost three different expressions. You can have a trash cut, and still grow it good. You can have a cut that grows like trash in a room that grows amazing under the sun. That’s what I mean by this plant is so controllable, but it’s also very expressionistic…

Giving a good baseline IE solid genetics whether it be a cut or seed should be all any decent and aware grower should be. But again I’m not looking for zaza factor, I’m looking for good medication. I mean we all know how the tolerance to strains works… So an amazing strain or not you’re going to eventually lose feeling to it anyway.

But at this point I believe we’re talking more about custys then we are about medicating

Im surprised this is still going on after many people have said this.

Who cares what a business does. Doesn’t do anything to me. I’ll make a personal choice to not spend money on clones. Idc if a business does or doesn’t.

It’s devolved into a dick swinging competition, on who has the best or who has what now, from what I’ve seen.

I’m gonna eat and take a dab and go to work. Have a good day everyone.

Even if you don’t have the $5000 for the elite cut maybe you could form a group of like minded individuals and do a group buy or something and end up paying a few hundred for it.

Then when you have that $5000 cut instead of purchasing the next hype one you cook up a trade deal with the person who has what you want and do a trade

Now everyone has 2, 5000$ cuts for 500$

This next part will blow your mind. You can then sell these cuts, so you take your 2 5000$ cuts and sell them for 3000$ each. Your -500$ Is now +5500 You just got 2 elite cuts for free and made 5.5k

Free game

Edit: or you can fake like you got mites and put them all on strainly for 200$ for a quick classic exit scam

And that’s the thing… Value is in the eye of the beholder!

Worth it or not will always be a personal call!

You just described an echo chamber

You immediately devalue your investment.

You actually have no control over it at all, since it isn’t unique to you.

Also. Agronomic and Economic value are not the same. I feel like people are confused.

I’ve grown like 100 seeds in the last few years. Only a handful were still good to me after smoking on that dried flower for a few weeks. Only one gets me buzzed day in day out and it’s the only one still around.

Idk what’s so hard for you to understand. You think in-house just pops a few packs to find his breeder cuts??? No breeder does that … we are looking for something extra special. We are Not your custies

Your comment is fucking an oxymoron. A clone is not unique bro. It simply has immediate intrinsic value. That’s it.

Sometimes I question people’s critical thinking, and vocabulary here.

I don’t even know how to interpret that. You’re suggesting there are a fixed number of representative phenotypes from the crossing of 2 plants?

Already was addressed earlier. Go pop some apple seeds and get back to me. Heterozygosity
