this sounds like reefer madness era propaganda. What likely happened is some guy got pulled over with a baggie with several drugs in it, some weed and pressed m box 30s (meant for one custy). as the fent pills were in the same bag as the mj you now have “fentanyl disguised as weed”

Couldn’t it just be that different synthetic drugs are being made in there same equipment that’s either not cleaned or not properly clean. Just like the vitamin industry is facing?
