It was making some noises
I found out why
Now where do I buy another plastic fan?

What cold trap?
That looks like a standard fan that probably comes with the condenser fan motor. Check the fan motor for part number and look it up.
One of the cold traps I bought (heto -110c) had a bad fan motor, I think it was 26 bucks from my local hvac supply store for a new motor with blade.

Walk into HVAC supply type store with confused look on your face and hold up fan. Provide dollars. Leave with new fan.
