These mushroom/adaptogen beverages (such as this one: Amazon.com) have been getting pretty trendy over the last few years. How are people formulating water soluble lions mane extracts? My assumption is most of these drinks just use a concentrated hot water extract, but hot water extraction leaves the alcohol soluble diterpenes behind. Has anyone tried nanoencapsulating lions mane alcohol extract?
