I see many people who can’t seem keep deals, numbers, or people straight. They are bad at returning phone calls and emails. Is a virtual assistant something that is needed in this industry?

I use one extensively. I truly believe that VAs are an amazing but underutilized resource.
I love waking up in the morning to my E-Mail all organized and reports ready for me. Things automatically get captured on my to-do list, and annoying messages and reply’s get sent without my intervention.
When researching topics, I no longer search myself. I ask my VA to prepare a brief report with links to their research.
