Anybody have any experience with refining dry sift without labor intensive electrostatic separation? Was considering trying out a vibratory tumbler with stacked mesh screens of varying sizing.

Static sifting is pretty much the only thing left after size grading your dry sift.
As pdxcanna mentioned, sambocreeks got a neat lil commercial scale static separator, but I just wanted to add to this that static separation is really very simple, and one could very likely build their own version for considerably less, especially if you’re not really doing commercial-scale batches.
A synthetic fiber paintroller, and some ad-hoc conveyor belts will get ya there just the same, is all I’m saying. Bubbleman had some great videos from some practiced dry sifters, around early 2010’s?
