Can someone who has experience in this chime in? I’m needing to cap about 40 30ml and 60ml vials per minute. How big of a bottleneck will there be if I buy an auto filling machine capable of 40bottles/min, but skimp on the auto capping machine and just do the capping by hand? Does anyone do this or is the capping machine a real necessity?

This device has a pressure switch, so it only turns on when applied to the cap. You will need to either clamp or bolt the assembly to the table
