Yes it will, that’s what we run all of ours on. Here’s one for a bit less, you can get it even cheaper if you forgo the gauge (that would be P/N IRV20-N11-B)

As a disclaimer, they are not solvent resistant so if you overrun the column a lot they will wear out over time and get “sticky”. I’d say if you run it reasonably you can expect a year of service life. With a cold trap before it, they’ll run indefinitely

Extra tip: the shitty white 1/2" gum rubber hose they supply with most rotovaps fits nicely over the fairly rigid 3/8" tube that goes in that regulator. We run FEP because it’s solvent compatible and seals well in those push connect fittings
