This is the “valve core” if you will. The cone seals on a ptfe seat inside that tee. Pretty easy to disassemble and clean. Check all stainless fittings and be sure not to bend any.

We checked all the fittings we ended up replacing the entire handle including the tee it was attached to.
We haven’t replaced the glass seal but we replaced the gasket on the oven that A.I. sent, we replaced the plate of the knob first and worked our way down the list of process of elimination. It’s at the point where I either send it in or sell it.

My dad ended up using tape on all the threads it worked!!!
My dad repositioned the glass and it solved the issue as well as taping the seals
