Hammer Mill with dust cyclone system.
Biomass is fed via a 4" vacuum hose into the mill.
The mill is on a VFD to control milling speed. Milled Particle Size from 0.05" up to 0.5"
Multiple Screens (1/8" to 1" diameter mesh)
The vacuum cyclone collects the milled biomass in a 55 gallon drum. (Fines are collected in another 55 gallon drum and dust bag
Throughput is approximately 150-200lbs/hour
