At this point I told my homie go hemp make fire thca packs and go right in Illinois what is needed and is a big room fine or you neec a facility I just want my homie to have options if possible

Yeah the hemp bill has made it rather interesting on the THCa side…
As long as the bio has less than 0.3% THC (early harvest), the remaining THCa is technically legal to send across state lines and sell in stores.
When I went to Chicago for an install & training, I bought a bong after the airport and in the bong store they also were selling THCa products that didn’t look or smell too bad. They were also selling hash and weed at 7/11 OTC.
A totally different world for sure.
