Followup to my previous review: I received an email asking to review my service. I nicely stated the issues I had above and they reached out to make it right. They asked about preferences and quickly shipped out a personalized sampler kit to make up for it. I wish they hadnt been difficult to get a hold of in the first place but with the virus complicating things I guess a lot is falling through the cracks. I am just glad that they went the extra mile to make up for any issues, I plan to purchase from them in the future based off the extra service I received in the end.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds found in many plants. I personally use Rare Terpenes for the last 3 years and I like it.
They still love it. Riding that train made me some $$$.
