Thinking of using tri clamp tubing for the exhaust side of a turbo. Only issue seems to be in the gaskets heat capacity. Anyone know if there are metal gaskets available for standard tri clamp tubing?

The correct tool is called a V-Band flange, and costs about the same as tri-clamp shite.
A tri-clamp would vibrate off and leak like a pasta strainer.

But in case you still want to proceed
The rubberfab ptfe/stainless triclamp gaskets can hold 400C

Exhaust gas can get up into the range of 900°C. I don’t believe there are any standard gaskets made for TC that would work at that temp.

Even Tuff-steel only goes to like 550F…but you’re thinking all wrong about this. You don’t need triclamp, what you need is FlexTape.
