tracking. records. spreadsheet style. what details are you keeping?

hey everyone. im trying to put together a spreadsheet to track material. am i missing something? so far ive got:

batch, strain, total weight, amount stored, in column/s, waste, pre purge, post purge, sold in bulk, packaged…
ive also got fields for processor, packager, seller, sold to, transporter

gotta be missing some stuff here. any advice appreciated. thanks

Yields, $/g input, $/g output, solvent used, solvent lost, powders used

are you talking about $/g to produce the concentrate? input vs output?

cost of input material; cost per gram to produce (the most important number :slight_smile: )

We run a “traveler” for each batch of material and record relevant data for each step of the processing. This is similar to how ASME shops track material/components for a pressure vessel (guess where we stole the idea). It’s a great system, highly suggest it
