Maybe call a few AC repair places or scientific supply and see what they recommend. Probably be a trip to Santa Rosa or San Francisco really.

We’re in the Bay Area
We had a touch science pump fail, its at the repair shop now. We ended up buying a USA Labs backup, as the TC DSLB 30/80 kept having issues. Really happy with the USA Labs unit, its a little redesigned on the internals for ease of repair.
Whats going on with your unit?
Also there is a guy on IG, nyborg, who’s sup’d his TC for incredible performance.

I forgot the company name. We have not completed the repair, so I can not rate the quality of work, but they do have the right tools for ultra-low chillers.

No idea, depends on the problem. I only found one here yrs ago that would or could work on them. No idea about down there and there outta business here.
bump. looking for a repair guy for numerous repairs needed if anyone can point me in the right direction in norcal.
