If you get interested in a hunt these are supposedly Grapefruit f4s. Also has a few Grapefruit xs including Grape God Bud, personal favorite of mine.
How was the double skunk?
Haven’t tried yet. Saw you talking skunk and reminded me. Going to pop them. I’ll post what comes.
Mean gene described rood beer as having the exotic cookie look, with the root beer terps . Visualizing the root beer terps on my pallet (haven’t tried it yet), I’m on the fence on whether I would like it or not. I suppose it depends on the root beer flavor profile lol
It’s got to be better than garlic in GMO or Gorilla Glue that just smothers the palate in boring oil.
nice line up bruv

“cookies”/berner aka cookies dispensary uses them a lot and has some crosses with them- he helped blow them up if I’m not mistaken… seen some smaller craft + micro grows absolutely slaaaay with compound and not even have to try cuz there stuff is so dialed in (but I’ve yet to run any myself more seen any of my close friends run any… so no first hand experience)
We know what root beer comes from: sassafras. Does the strain really smell like sassafras root?
I looked into the smelly chemicals in sassafras and it looks like it could be isosafrole and safrole together that gives the unique smell. Both do show up in numerous plant species although not in an abundance like in sassafras.
Safrole is supposed to have sweet candy smell so that alone can’t be it but isosafrole has a licorice / anise smell.
Also I’m about to pop these from the mad man himself lol
I got a bunch of glo personal stash strains.
For the price, it was worth a shot. You ever popped any?
I was dealing with some bad ass aphids when i tried them. I busted biscotti berryand another but the aphids were just coating the stems. I cut and run for a month and they were gone by then. the buds stunk, I literally washed them off in the bathtub at the end. The aphids werent that resistant as i thought but i used pyrethrin bombs and they didnt work. regular pyrethrin spray does. I neer had isues with aphids so I took them lightly at first but with alterrnating gardens i didnt get rid of them for awhile. I did ladybugs one round and had the ladybugs breeding like crazy and making baby ladybug alligators all over my walls. Then i had ladybugs going wild on my drying racks
Next time use dichlorvos, aka pest strips.
ONLY IN VEG.
Kills everything in seven days.
i got some thrips on a clone. They are pesticide resistant. I used some stuff and then remembered- this is the same stuff the clone seller told me they use. so it isnt working. Its no big deal in my garden, I gave them spinosad in veg. But there are some fliers and they hit my seedlings hard. Ive never seen so many thrips on a tiny leaf. No damage really but- I did put them in tubs with a no pest strip. im only doing it for a day in a tub. I had hit them with organocide, spinosad, and im gonna do pyrethrin after this tub. the seedlings are babies and havent shed the outside of the stem or have 5 leflets yet. I do my seedlings different than most- I havent watered them and they are around ten days old. I think ill always do a tub/no pest strip quarantine on clones.
This ladybug appears to be harmed long before the taking of the picture
Edit wrong thread, here lies my error
