Toll processing-Do I keep the heads?

We are going to be toll processing a few thousand pounds of biomass to distillate over the next few weeks. Our farmers pushed for an aggressive split for us to send the biomass through a single pass.

What do I do with my heads/short path leftovers/transfer loss in my soak bucket? I know about how much I will get in distillate from processing all of these and it will be a decent amount. Our contract only dictates that we give them the first pass distillate. Do I keep everything else?

Sounds legit.
Contracted and done ethically…

Cutting to mains late & tails early might be tempting…which is where your ethics come in.

If you’re really concerned, get a COA on it and discuss it with the farmer. Or better yet discuss it with them before said coa.
