I played a lot of baseball growing up and I’ll always remember this dude I went to school with, practiced his ass off, trained hard…got up to bat for the first time his freshman year…fastball to the balls. My dad had a similar story where it was in a softball league, dude he was playing with couldn’t get on base to save his life all fucking year. Last game of the year he nails a double. About to take 3rd the next batter fucking CRUSHES a line drive that gets him straight in the nuts. Had to be life flighted off of the field and could only have one kid
