After using a rubber mallet then a arbor press with ccell jig i finally had a stoned idea that made my life much easier hopefully it can help some of you. Everyone knows how annoying pressing
tops of carts on can be especially when they wont go on. Simply buy a asphalt hand tamper. Put cartridges on floor of garage or any flat area put all the tops on at once and press down hard a few times. Pretty much perfectly sized for 100 foam
