Olive oil is the best with VG. Been down that rabit hole.

lol my first time formulating CleanAF CBDās vape juice I was like hmmm, guess ill just throw the pg, vg and cbd into a beaker and hit it with a homogenizerā¦ back in the day when T free kilos were like $8k tooā¦ no matter what I did the VG and CBD just wouldnt blendā¦ after lots of trial and error we figured out we had to dilute the cbd in PG first, and even then you cant go very high on the VG ratios or it falls outā¦ it was a shitty but solid learning experience lol.

Yeah and if itās not oil soluble then every bottle will have a completely different amount of cannabinoids in it.
I really donāt understand why people refuse to accept that you canāt mix cannabinoids with propylene glycol or glycerine.

You can mix cbd with PG, it blends very similar to cbd and MCT
(As long as you hit the pg/cbd with a homogenizer)

CBD will not fall out of PG ever if mixed enough, you can go up to a 60/40 pg/vg ratio and not have the CBD fall out.

thats just from my personal experience after making 300-400 different batches. Its not 100% success rate, I assume that has to do with us pushing the limit and cbd content being slightly different with distillate batches. But a 70/30 100% should never fall outā¦ as long as its done properlyā¦ it took a few months and like 100+ batches to finally nail the SOP, but its definitely possible without any other additives.

keep in mind we only mix a gallon at a time, its a bitchā¦ and we also use a pretty badass homogenizer and a 40L Mixer lolā¦ for a gallon at a timeā¦

I found VG good for terp extraction, not so much for cannabinoids. Tastes good.
How many mg of cbd can you get in one gal of that mix?
Cannabinoids will mix into PG to a point relatively stable for several months, oxidation is more concern than the emulsion imo
However as mentioned when vg is added thereās a critical point where it all falls out. Adding straight to vg doesnāt work.
@Apothecary36 your soaking idea sounds cool even though seems like everyone is ignoring it. Compare to distillate and mct?

Theres no reason to try to aim for set amount of mg. Just do the most high quality soak possible and it will be a good product. Pg is not something I would add to a drink.
