Curious as to everyone’s thoughts on the new Assembly bill 97 that just passed in California. This new bill will allow An applicant to no longer be required to hold or have held a temporary license to obtain a provisional license for commercial cannabis. I hear the line of applications is already miles long. Will this just delay growers/businesses even more?
