We are now able to offer our THC remediation services for less than $500 per input kilogram with a minimum input of 80kg*. If you have less than that to process at a time we have a solution for you with our smaller scale unit. Our production throughput has increased substantially and we want to offer the open space in our processing calendar to the community. At the time of this post, we have the capacity to take in an additional 1500kg+ per month to be remediated. Our total monthly input capacity is growing as we expand into new processing lines. Our Carbon Dioxide Chromatography process allows for an 80-85% retention of CBD molecules without the use of co-solvents or media. This process allows us to return a product that tests at less than 0.1% D9THC. Currently, we are in process validation for mitigating the minor cannabinoids that co-elude with the D9THC. I’m confident that we will be offering this as a service this year (hopefully by fall harvest). In addition to our THC remediation services, we offer a variety of other services. Our laboratory processes are Kosher Certified and GMP compliant, with the most recent cGMP audit completed in January of 2020 by AIB international. CO2 THC remediation – We can separate THC from CBD in a Super/Sub Critical CO2 system. We can accept any input material and bring it to 85-95% CBD that is below .1% D9-THC concentration
CO2 CBN remediation – Similar to our CO2 THC remediation technology, we can remove CBN from any cannabinoid matrix.
CO2 THC+CBN remediation – We can remove both THC and CBN in the same process
CO2 Pesticide Remediation – We can remove pesticides from any botanical extract, including non-hemp!
