As far as im aware THCA is legal up until the point its heated and decarboxylated into THC.
Couldnt find anything on the government website to say otherwise. Never a straight forward answer.
THCA diamond = a solid crystal.
THC = THCA that’s been decarbed.
Decarbing THCA is a process that normally involves heat.
The process of distillation is a process that involves heat.
And thus trying to distill THCA will first decarb it and only then you will proceed to distillation of it.
You are asking for something in the form of distillate that does not exist in that form.
