Here in Florida we have the KCPA - The Kratom Consumer Protection Act. It is a good thing. People need to know what they are consuming. People use different things for different reasons. They need to do their own research and approach things wisely.
The question I always ask myself before I get involved with anything - does this help more than it hurts? If the answer is yes, then to me - that is when one does their due diligence on the subject matter.
I know Kratom helps people. It helps me and it helps others when used in moderation. I also know there are people who abuse kratom - and if ya do then it goes kinda like something I heard in Florida⌠âFuck around and find outâ
It would be best if people didnât overdo anything but this is 'MURICA!!! We tend to go apeshit with everything lol⌠I agree with safe access, safe options. proper labeling and purity.
Seriously though, actually read the Kratom Consumer Protection Act below. Simple and to the point. I support this 100%.

3/22/24 - UPDATE:

Next version should be final version for my brand jetfuel. First market gummy will be coffee flavor. Working with @MillerliteRN and breaking bread together 
. We like to take care of our suppliers, and break bread together, rather than beat em down on price. I really donât like greedy people in the kratom industry (and there are a lot)
Initial reception has been 100% positive on the kratom gummy effects. Taste is the obstacle - but existing kratom people love it. Friends, family, kratom users, local shops, feedback on samples shipped etc.
I am receiving requests for distribution level orders now. Very grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with @MillerliteRN - as it is very fun developing a new product to market.
Website needs updating for images and stuff, but MSRP pricing is accurate. Iâm getting a new lightbox for professional photography. I really enjoy the creative aspect.

6/17 - Update
Much progress has been made over the past months with a good tasting Kratom gummy. Shout out to the hard work of @MillerliteRN
Updates in extract technologies have been made as well. Some super cool stuff is right around the corner.

He really did an excellent job. Still tweaking some things, but this flavor profile is solid.
Alway improving, but the kava bars and consumers enjoy these.

Nice to see that this project is continuing and I will be excited to try these when the website is back up! I would be happy to trial it and recommend it to a local store, give them a few samples and see if theyâre interested in ordering!
Recently the craze around here has been 7-OH-mit (which, imo, feels too sedating and then the crash makes me want to fall asleep where Iâm standing) and mitragynine pseudosindoxyl (which feels like a distilled kratom experience compared to 7-oh feeling like almost a pure opiate/opioid)
Hopefully the site is up and running before I go on a trip to Alaska so I donât have to travel with other kratom products in August.

Tablets are the most popular 7oh product by far⌠Iâve seen the strips. There is that one company that makes a vape (hasnât got good reviewsâŚ)

You can definitely withdraw off kratom and i wouldnât exactly say it is âsafeâ

Generally we donât discuss manufacturing specifics done for clients who have retail products - NDAâs and suchâŚ

Kratom withdrawal generally isnât going to kill anyone. Not saying it is pleasant⌠but letâs look at the reality in 2024âŚ
In general, most folks would prefer the relatively minor withdrawal from a small powder kratom dependency - compared to the likes of fentanyl, heroin (diacetylmorphine), morphine, oxycodone, methadone or buprenorphine (Suboxone)
Mitragynine does not suppress the respiratory system in the same fashion as traditional opioids. Those kill people when they take too much.
If one takes too much kratom, they will usually get the âwobblesâ and feel nauseous. It can be quite unpleasant - but it is better than forgetting to breatheâŚ
Also, It is not uncommon for folks to use kratom to get off more serious traditional opioids.
By no means is kratom for everyone. But in 2017 the DEA themselves decided NOT to schedule it as a controlled substance due to the backlash from the public. Many advocates testified they use it for pain management and/or got off harsher traditional opioids with kratom.
