If anyone likes these things I have an XL available that’s been used less than 10 times on legal Hemp Biomass. Willing to sell $2k less than buying price OBO to see it gone. Will be cleaned & sanitized.
Full disclosure:
I have only used it for Co2 injection kiefing. Which it sucks at. I’m told it’s much better at trimming.
Never tried it or the Water hash capabilities.
It was sold as a Biomass Reduction method, it’s yields suck compared to smaller kief units.
All parts are included most still new in box. With extras included. The website has spare parts if they are ever needed.
It can’t actually hold 14lbs and can’t collect more than 1.5lb of kief regardless how much is ran.
So might be viable for small kief runs.
Just not the size they advertise.
Tj is to big of a piece of shit to acknowledge this.
So don’t expect help from him.
I’ll pay for shipping though!
I am sorry that this machine was such such a dud for you for collecting kief. I was looking into buying this about 8 months ago or so for that exact purpose and am now very glad that I didn’t. In the future, when it comes to these machines I had gotten TJ to agree to let me try it before I buy it. Jus sayin. For next time. That fucker definitely gave me every assurance about it, but I had a feeling that it was just a bit TOO easy. Hope you are able to sell it! Your honesty shows your face my man. Big ups.
I tried to get TJ to let me test it, but he reassured the farm that he would make it right if we weren’t completely satisfied.
Which turned out to be a bunch of bullshit.
It’s not a horrible machine if you just want small kief runs or cryo trim.
But for back to back runs of biomass, yield in comparison to other companies systems is a joke.
That’s why I’m willing to discount it so much. It wouldn’t be a horrible small scale system at that price.
As long as you like the system TJ is helpful but the second you point out flaws that need improvements he is worse than China vendors.
Hey I know this post is old, but I wanted to reach out to see if we could still offer some support. This just came to our attention now. For a while we were using 200 micron screens for biomass reduction. That was before we realized that trichomes can exist at larger sizes than that. And we were experiencing collapsed yields. So a few years ago we started using larger screen sizes. And we found when we used a 400 micron screen we were able to solve the problem.
I am really sorry you had a bad experience and if you still have the machine we would be happy to send you a free screen to try to make it right. We have been learning and growing a lot over the last few years and apologize that we didnt have this figured out at the time. We have been experimenting a lot with pore size, temperature and freeze drying. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
