wondering the hardness part just because control the dimension limit of ceramic is more difficult then control the dimension limit of stainless or even glass. This new product is definitely a cool innovation

Totally agree! Our R&D team has over 15 years of expertise in the manufacturing of ceramic heating elements. We know how hard it is to control dimension tolerance of ceramic, especially this unconventional shape. Also I can imagine in order to perfect this pretty and healthy inovation @qma must have spent a lot of his energy and cost. Show my respect to you. Show my respect to your artisan spirit!
The costs are immense and the margins are low at scale. This is basically a spite product, like every other product cart farm carries. Why conventional vape companies continue to choose silicone to store terpenes eludes me.
The factory that made this is extremely innovative and I know due to mold difficulty the other vape manufacturers will be extremely interested in the factory with the mold and sop lol I must politely guard this company treasure for the meanwhile

This reminds me of the Zirconia Air Release Syringe from DMLift inc. I think they posted about it a few days ago.
I had these sitting in a cargo van for the past 3 months. I was slightly annoyed to see DMLift have ceramic syringes at MJBizcon, so these and the QBDs (that everyone has been asking for) were the first to be unpacked and photographed
I have been giving samples out to the cool kids for the past 3 months, from the samples I unpacked at landing. While the syringes are the same build material, I offer 3 main points:
air release syringes suck. these here will be the best syringe going. especially when filling with a farmer
no but i just bitched enough to the right people, Ha! squeaky wheels and whatnot.
now that other thing… just make sure that mofo is named after me haha
you are waving more people to use viton ,dude. DuPont or daikin owe you an endorsement fee
They sent me a cease and desist in February and now I have to go thru a month long process proving my sources every time I release a viton product. Thanks Chemours!
