The Blinc Group

Hey guys,

Long time no see. I would like to introduce the company I am now working for to the forums, and also myself to those who don’t know me as your point of contact for anything Blinc.

Our three tenets are Innovation, Quality, and Safety. We are trying to do things differently than the status quo of transactional vape hardware sales. We have American based design, quality control, customer success, and compliance teams. We partner with some top-notch factories in Shenzhen for manufacturing, and our QC is far better than what I’ve experienced in my last 2+ years of cannabis vape hardware with my previous company.

We have everything from full ceramic cartridges, options for SUS304 for all wetted metals, press lock mouthpieces compliant with Canada’s child-resistant requirement, and we are coming out with an awesome strain identifier or easy branding ring for you white labelers!

We can help you navigate the waters of vape compliance, help with formulation, automation, packaging, and design. We have a dedicated Customer Success team based out of New York that will pull up their sleeves and get to work for you if anything ever does happen, and will preemptively work with your teams to prevent anything from going wrong in the first place. We recently had a small issue with one of our 1g cartridges where we came out publicly that we had a .8% failure rate, and while that type of failure rate would be acceptable to most in our industry, we hold ourselves to a higher standard than the status quo and have been working diligently with our suppliers to get that rate down. The transparency of this company continues to blow my mind on an almost daily basis.

It’s truly refreshing to be a part of an organization that has teams and procedures in place to really support your business from the ground up and give you some relief in what has always been a troublesome part of the supply chain.

If you’d like to grab some samples to test out, let me know. I will be very attentive to my DM’s on Future from here on out. I will also respond to any inquiries made on this thread as soon as I receive a notification. Contacting our CEO to see what type of special offers we can provide to GLG members!

Is this company owned by the same guy that owns ikrusher or is this a subdivision?

No connection at all to iKrusher actually. Our CEO used to be a client of ALD’s, but had some problems arise with an order and was hung out to dry in typical fashion lol.

I’d recommend ccell/avd if debating these style carts all day. I have plenty opinions on these carts but will semi-shut my mouth as my quarrel is with one of there partners and not this company itself. The one I’ll say is why a vape pen producer(reseller) needs a rec company/partner to do trials/r&d on there carts and not doing so in house…

Which product is that? I can’t quite tell from the video, but I think that looks like one of the Oh Snap pods. If so, it’s a cartridge style “pod” system, which inherently has limitations in its design in my opinion. We can help you make a pod system from the ground up if you want to invest the massive marketing effort to sell the unique pod battery, which if you have a decent chunk of vape market share or are an MSO trying to make your brand stand out, then that isn’t a bad idea but is certainly a longer process.

My favorite cartridge I’ve used tried is our V12 snap lock cartridge. It closes like a breeze without the need for a machine but can be used with a machine to close 100 at once, the SUS304 for all wetted materials ensures compliance with metal testing, and it hits like a champ with the gmo rosin I had it filled with last night. Albeit, with the stock 1.2ohm atomizer, it was a bit spicy for the rosin on anything above 2.7v resulting in the funky goodness being a bit muted. I’m currently requesting some samples with 1.6ohm and 1.9ohm resistances specifically to ensure that consumers who put them on 3.7v auto-draw batteries won’t immediately roast some tasty live terps.

To the last point. All of these vapes are manufactured in China, and the limitations they have with testing these oils comes down to the legality of cannabis over there. Since they don’t have access to live resin, rosin (queue pine slab jokes), or distillate designing hardware to function perfectly with them is near impossible. Since none of these people deal with these substances, they have ideas in their heads about what would work best, but in reality they have no way of actually putting it to the test other than to send samples to the client and rely on their feedback to tweak the design. Same was to be said about NY where we are based out of until very recently. Needless to say, some serious R&D is going down right now. My mission has and will always be to keep pushing the envelope on what the best possible vape for high quality uncut concentrates can be, and I’m certainly not stopping here.
