Hortipharm BV did years ago according to SamSkunkman (with no proof provided, however), at greater than 10% THVC with low THC. Hortipharm BV created quite a few other chemovars, and used gene knockout for THC free plants as well, among other breeding and polyploidy work.
GW Pharmaceuticals has the genetics now. SamSkunkman (David Watson) ran Hortipharm BV along with David Pete and Robert Connell Clarke (the author and researcher). I think Etienne de Meijer also worked with them in some way.

Do we have any test results for the genetics being discussed? LARP?
Negra Bonita (Black Beauty) is tbe most stable strain I am aware of. It is the strain behind THCv research in the Bay Area.
