We just sell the THCp “pure”.
Two cannabinoids we are not sure what they are El Sohly laboratories is working on it for us, but we have kind of put about 20 unknown cannabinoids in front of them it will take time.
OK…I misunderstood the exact nature of the commercial product.
but 2.5:1.0 mass ratio of isomers has to be considered.

addendum: The Δ8 isomer is also known as a synthetic cannabinoid under the code name JWH-091 but should not be confused with other JWH compounds of unrelated structure classes such as JWH-018, an indole which structurally unrelated to JWH-091 but happens to include JWH in it’s nickname. ,[5][4] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahydrocannabiphorol#cite_note-6) JWH-091 has approximately double the binding affinity at the CB1 receptor (22nM ± 3.9nM) in comparison to Delta-9-THC (40.7nM ± 1.7nM) or Delta-8-THC (44nM ± 12nM).[4] but appears significantly lower in vitro than the binding activity of Delta-9-THCP (Ki = 1.2 nM CB1)[3]
I think this may explain…you have a mixture of delta 8 (JWH-091)
to delta 9 THCp. the mixture is synthetic and complicated by stereoisomerism…
The delta 8 THCp is known to bind the CB1 at about 2x the affinity of delta 9 THC. The product may be THCp (JWH-091) but
it may be just as efficacious to take a double hit of pure THC.
Or for that matter…THC-O-acetate. Perhaps your friends assessment is correct. You have both isomers competing for the same binding site. A chiral column may straighten all this out…
or at least the RP-hplc to separate the deltas.

@Bret_HoneyGold I just ordered a little of everything from your company to make an entourage cart.
i want it to be focused yet euphoric, so i purchased 2g THCv distillate, 1g HHC/CBG dist, 1g HHC/CBN, .25 THCp, 7g Delta8 THC-o.
Any Suggestions on the mix?
Depending on your tolerance will affect most of this…
THCv will definitely give you the focused feel I would do 3:1 thcv to psychoactive and start there.
