How is this considered hemp when California is a total T state?

Chain of custody really doesn’t matter if youre shipping from a state where the product is considered illegal

@kingofthekush420 I believe he is just using the Willbilly chain of custody compliance and marketing tek in this thread post

Hey there- as far as our understanding, as well as from our cannabis / hemp attorney, California total T laws is in regards to retail, not to manufacturing and distribution. In addition that’s only a temporary emergency injunction(TRO) put in by the governor to protect dispensary profits, it still doesn’t appear to be ratified yet, but is in the process of being so.

As far as understanding - regarding chain of custody, that matters most importantly on where the product ends up (and if intoxicating Hemp / THCa is legal) first, as well as proper documentation citing the hemp license from the farm, and Pre + Post Harvest COAs from a DEA certified lab to comply on a federal level.

Again- this is what our current understanding, and what our attorneys have advised us on. If you have evidence/ information that points to the contrary, please shoot us a DM and we’ll be happy to review.

111925(a)

(3) The manufacturer of the hemp extract in its final form or the final form industrial hemp product shall be able to prove total THC concentration does not exceed 0.3 percent. A manufacturer of raw extract shall be able to prove that the THC concentration meets department requirements set forth pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 111921.

111925.2

(b) A tested representative sample of the batch of industrial hemp contained a total THC concentration that did not exceed 0.3 percent on a dry-weight basis.

total THC is defined above as

“Total THC” means the sum of THC and THCA. Total THC shall be calculated using the following equation: total THC concentration (mg/g) +/- the measurement of uncertainty, as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture.

this is codified

Thats incorrect

Do you have an IHEO? Probably not as you dont even seem to know what one is.

This is directly from the CDPH who issues the IHEO licenses
