In most cases the user cannot use the product legally whatsoever, no matter if in a pen or not. Regardless of how far you take the processing, this is still essentially a wine brick. There is no real legal way to use THCa products in a legal manner.

I take 200mg thca pretty regularly ingesting CBD and CBG as well as a fair amount of d9
I’ve been ingesting a good bit of CBD/CBG recently it helps alot.
Looking into the same thing for TN and had/have the same wonderings, depending on how things go in February.

This is from one of the lobbying organizations in TN.
The laws were originally changing late December, got pushed back until mid Feb, and now apparently delayed again until early June.
I’d imagine most hemp companies in TN that are flexible enough will move to other states soon.
