At the price you have asked for may I recommend including some specifics? Cultivar of what? Photos of the parent plants and cuttings? Photo of the soil the motherplants in? Tests of the bud itself? If it’s 0.20% THC already in the leaf it has to be over the limit in the bud? At 0.4% THCV that’s like 4mg of THCV per gram or 1.8 grams from a lil over a pound. I mean that’s kinda average if you use the right strain.
