How much heat and how much time?
For that you’ll have to do some searching, or get a consultant! I know the information is around here somewhere, I just don’t have it right off the top of my head.

Heat and time will be fine, but regardless of any parameters used, you will need reliable in-house analytics to know when you’re done and you’ve dialed in the process on your equipment
