THC Nano Powder

I’ve been intrigued by THC powder and trying to come up with a formula. The search doesn’t yield any results that even hint towards an sop.

What are your thoughts on freeze drying the nano emulsion? Would that leave me with a desirable product?

Just isolate the THC-A. You can run some “wash” after you spin if you are not happy with your purity and reX or just crush it into powder.

freeze drying works great with the right stabilizer, not all stablizers will dry out try lso from sono mor high loader

The problem with freeze drying is, especially in an aqueous solution, you probably want to be well below freezing to start the lyophilization process. This may crash out your D9 out of the nano solution due to the cold temperatures.

Most powders are going to be made via vacuum spray drying and leveraging a common carrier that was dissolved in the nano solution, such as maltodextrin.

I’ve had great success with our new stabilizer. No issues what so ever. i do pre chill my trays and solution in a cryo freezer. I will have to post final product or check out the ig @DABTASTICDABBER3.0

I’ve had great success with a freeze drier and cannasol technologies stabilizer. 2 parts stabilizer 1 part active oil. We have currently been doing a nano feco.

Sure, there are a plethora of options at your disposal, I was merely providing a single example. If you have a process or raw material that works for you, that’s great!

THC-Hemisuccinate Sodium can also be isolated as a powder. I have an SOP for that compound for sale

cannasol technologies is good for nano also to block the bitterness?

You could make a micellar emulsion with a spectrum of phosphatidylcholine, lipid hydroperoxides, and lysolecithin. Make the 3 emulsions separately; trap the THC in the lipid hydroperoxides, then add large amounts of oil based antioxidants to the phosphatidylcholine, then use the lysolecithin to create a stable emulsion between those two. Then dry it til its a powder in a bed of adsorbents at 130-140f in a partially sealed container that allows for a moist headspace. This is what I’ve done to make high powered thc powders with no synthetic chemicals involved. It can be done with a handful of basic ingredients in a household kitchen. There’s some low pressure annealing and you’ll need to continuously stir the adsorbents during the drying phase. But it’s all super easy stuff. Sugar and various fats can be added to stabilize the blend, and it can be ph balanced to suit any tissue. DM me if you want learn more. I’m sure the nano fan flamer boys will be after me as soon as I hit post on this

Very interested

Just posted an SOP for this. DM me for adapting it into a powder with the same characteristics.

Just mix it w baking soda and whip it real good over some heat.
