HB 2593 reduced penalties for cannabis concentrates and infused products. The bill deals with concentrates of up to 2 oz of tetrahydrocannabinols from Felony to Class C Misdemeanor.
I was born in Wichita Falls early 70s. I truly never thought this would ever happen even though the state burns the hell out of cannabis. So happy for Texas. Freedom!

Yeah this + 5% medical weed (finally something over 0.5%) will be dramatic. Opening chronic pain as a reason to get a script. I see it’s changing but as I see Colorado also changing. I know it won’t be good in the end… legally speaking lol
I ended up with a penalty similar to that for 1-2g of flower in ~2010. This is a good development, I just hope legalization follows soon
