They have terrible products too. The welds on some of their products are dogshit. Years ago I purchased Refinement Filter – BVV for a small lab I worked for. The thing collapsed under its own weight the first time I loaded it with media and tried to use it. I’d buy from literally anyone else.
When trying to return a lab item to talk to someone who has no clue what you purchased is a frustrating experience. Instead of being in contact with someone who could reach out and get me pointed in the right direction they send a message “we were unable to process this”. Just a shit way to do customer service

I just got their 45g mini CLE not long ago. I didn’t notice all the comments people leave about their customer service. Hoping I won’t need them! So far the unit has worked like a charm. I will say though, I asked how much torque to apply to a tri-clamp in their chat and they told me they don’t have the information. I found a link to a PDF on the page for the clamps and it had the torque info in it
