If you’re a lab director or lab manager, consider creating a lending library for your technicians. Encourage & indulge their thirst for “the knowledge”.

Here’s an old spreadsheet of the TRL I maintained in my office for our technicians to borrow.

Not everything is super great as far as the cannabis books go, and you might not want to include some of the non-cannabis drug books, but anyway…
