yeah i’ve found that if the initial crystallization isn’t just so, you can trap some d9 in there along with it. with CBD i could cold wash alot out but not ND. only got ND on d9 with recrystallization.

Yes. Delta 9 THCA decarboxylates into Delta 9 THC.
But not hemp compliant 
As well as that in some EU countries thc-a is not listed as long as it s below 0.3% your home free 
Still risky in my opinion !
