I was gonna order a sample actually, by all accounts they sound worth reviewing.
I don’t have these questions. They do, and like I said you did your best if unable to answer.
It should also come as no shock. I make websites for people. Many here for fun.
GRAS has nothing to do with inhalation. We all know this.
No one is ganging up on you. I don’t even know these people and a couple of them I don’t even care for. I asked if you are aware of what’s actually in your products and it got ignored. Someone else noticed that you conveniently replied to every single person with sales responses but ignored me. They pointed it out and that was what drew so much attention to your credibility. I’m used to that happening. I ask good questions.
I did not ask a very difficult or unreasonable question. I asked if you are doing the bare minimum and avoid regulated solvents, carrier oils, etc. You came back with arguing ethanol is safe to vape (it probably is, actually) but casually disregard the fact that youre using it at levels so high that will fail solvent testing in just about every legal state.
There’s two reasons ethanol would be added: 1) to make the flavor cheaper/diluted and 2) because there’s so little actual terpenes that you need to add ethanol to dissolve a bunch of crystalline flavor additives. I have no idea who these other people are or the ones shouting “poison.” I think you should reconsider your approach if you’re having a hard time answering legitimate questions pertinent to what you’re selling. I obviously wasn’t the only one who saw through it.
I do not intend on emailing John. Everyone here has the same questions and expects the same answers. I don’t think John really knows what’s going on either.

EDIT: I am a bit biased and pissed at certain companies I feel ripped me off. I think Stoop and others have great and valid points and the canna scene needs some critical analysis. It’s good to ask questions and inform others. I just get a little devil’s advocate when it seems like badgering. I also abhor the canna industry going the way of over regulated nanny state bs that ruins it. There’s a balance I believe necessary. I apologize for being heated.

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say it was the comment that they are “poisoning people” that they didn’t like… Which, I wouldn’t either.
Everything you have said/asked is 100% valid and should be answered. But accusing them of poisoning people, like someone else did, isn’t cool. Those are serious accusations… Especially when the person making the accusations doesn’t even know anything about the product yet.
All that being said, @Sweeterps, you should really know whats in your products before you start peddling them on here. The people on here know their shit and will ask the hard questions. You should be prepared to answer them or have someone who is prepared to answer them running the account.

Botanical terpenes have always been like an equipment supplier treatment.

I’m not “spinning” anything. Im calling it for what it is. These are predominantly artificial flavorings designed by a third party for food and beverage containing actionable levels of ethanol and presumably ethyl acetate with probably a dozen or two terpenes added.
Again, all I asked if you’re using the things every consumer should know to ask about. These types of questions should be welcomed. I’m glad we addressed the solvent issue because that ethanol would fail a lot of carts. You may have intended this was a sales-oriented “sample request” thread but I hate to break it to you but this is an open discussion forum. You had valid, relevant questions from several trusted members that you’ve refused to address openly. Take that as you will.
Calling me a troll for being the one to bring attention to the fact you’re going to fail every one of your customers for residual solvent (amongst other things) is silly. While I do enjoy that you took it upon yourself to stalk my post history rather than address basic questions, I can tell you were avoiding me long before that because you know I see through the BS. I’m sorry your attempts at avoidance did not go over so well. This forum is not very censorship-friendly.

@stoopkid It is very obvious what your motives are posting here. It’s not what you would have everyone believe, because if you had a genuine question, instead of wasting your whole day waiting for me to post something here for you to respond. You could have called and spoke to John 50 times over. You obviously have an alternate motive for commenting many times in a thread promoting a product you have no interest in.
I don’t think you understand how residual solvent limits work.
I started off with a very harmless question and it was not until you started dodging questions that things turned south. You can call me a “troll” all you want but all I did was ask the same thing everyone wants to know. You’re not helping your cause.
@stoopkid This is one of those situations where having a little bit of knowledge is very dangerous! You don’t know anything about our products, you refuse to call and get the answers, yet you are doing a whole lot of talking about something you know very little about. The fear of the unknowns in your product is @stoopkid’s concern. And you continue to dodge it.
It is of everyone’s concern, not just his, mine, @moveweight and more. We want to know what you are selling is safe for long term ingestion on the lung tissue
