Sunflower lecithin vs straight Phosphatidylcholine?

I’m currently using sunflower liquid lecithin in my oral tincture but am wondering if using straight Phosphatidylcholine would be any better. I’m assuming it would give a much cleaner tasting product, sunflower lecithin makes it dark, heavy and thick. Are the other things in sunflower lecithin going to be beneficial for absorption?

Hey thanks for the quesiton, I use the same stuff. A quick google tells me that some micelles formed with phosphatidylethanolamine, another component of lecithin, are being researched for enhancing drug absorption or activity…

It was this stuff that got me thinking.

53%MCT with a range of mixing agents.

“phosphatidylethanolamine creates a more viscous lipid membrane compared to phosphatidylcholine.“ - from Wikipedia, for what it’s worth.
