1/10 of a hit every other day. LSD lasts a couple days. Micro or macro, the effects just shift drastically. When I micro dosed LSD for a summer it was like every day was the morning after a 3 hit night. Years ago now and I still feel like my mind is stronger all the time.

You will put 500mg in a 0 and 650 in a 00 so might want to drop down to a size 4 are 5 for micro I’ve never used caps that small.
Caps are the way to go if you can’t stand the taste. And yes Finer is better. You can work with it easier.
