Beyond packaging, and who you associate with I have one tip that no one has taken yet.
Try moving to single sourcing or upgrading material quality you run. People are tired of CRC bs and want good quality live resin back. It’s hard to grasp for alot of people for whatever reason but if you have a high quality product, it will sell more frequently. It will be talked about more occasionally. You can charge more.
Right now there’s 6 plus facility’s in CA running the same material from a mass fresh frozen provider that needs media. So the only real competition you have going on there is who can market the most mids.
