Hey guys, I just wanted to keep everyone in the loop to what we’re doing these days.
Here’s our newest BFFE The Dominator, it’s an 8" butane falling film skid with 2x 8" x 48" American Made shell and tube heat exchangers with a 4" vapor path.
We’ve also added a second hot condenser that is 6" x 48" that is dedicated for distilling gas during the day without fouling up your main hot condenser.
Main recovery skid is doing 10 lbs. per min of butane recovery and the 6" dedicated distillation column is getting 5+ lbs. per min of butane recovery.
All of this is done PASSIVELY with no recovery compressors.
With only a 3’ x 3’ footprint. I’m not sure anyone has a system this fast and this compact.
