And being an introvert is extremely hard to even show up to large events with 100s of people. I hate those places as they exhaust my sensors. I can only imagine how much worse it could be for someone who has a harder time than I.

Remember when you were using your position incorrectly and tried to leverage a lot of product for free. The quoted statement above is what I mean You’re trying to say that you can run circles with me but the setup in Oklahoma was the biggest you’ve ran and it was a small setup. Think you can tone down your implied experience sometimes when you know it’s not there.
Maybe a 1 on 1 time with every single glg member is a good starting point. Take the time to understand the state of mind of the community rather than cultivating some celebrity cult status

And I got there and had to build pieces for them just for us to run and assemble the extractor with all the options… Never said I was the best just after taking to hundred of ppl tons ppl take jobs saying they know all then had to bring me in to straighten things up. I’m mediocre at best but I still know as much as most the guys running labs …I found that out on job sites
And I called u bc I wanted reassurance from a pro not to be downgraded
I regularly call random members off the list, but an hour with every person would be 3 hours a day for the next year.
Two weeks ago sent an email to 250 members with annual memberships to schedule a call, 5 people followed through.

In general, I do 5-10 of these calls a month, it’s included in a lifetime membership.

We got the job done.and I was asked back out 2 more times which I went then offered a job by them they are great guys
My buddy issues was the torque settings on this gaskets are off for 6" and leak the moment it gets cold if u don’t tighten more to begin w …and pooling gas which u helped explain to me…if the collection was cooled none of that would happen
