Hey, I work for a Hemp producer in the EU looking to add pre-rolls to our product range. We’re looking to acquire a small automated pre-roll packing solution to help speed up our operation and improve the quality of the rolls. We are considering King Cone vs the Rocketbox Mini by STM.
I’ve dealt with the sellers of King Cone (custom cones USA) once before, and their service was exceptional. Communication and shipping were on point. However, I’m getting a different level of service with STMcanna, the seller of the Rocketbox Mini, which has got me worried about what will happen if I require any customer care should we have issues with their device.
Does anyone have any experience with these two devices? Did anyone else struggle to get good communication from STMCanna? I’m confident that I want the Rocketbox Mini, but I’m 3 weeks into trying to get their team to answer my questions about the device to get to the point where I can receive an invoice…
I would much appreciate any shared experiences!
