Selling a barely used Stirling Ultracold SU105UE undercounter ultra-low temperature (ULT) freezer. The freezer has only been running for a total of 52 hours.
There are some minor surface scratches, but no dents or dings.
I turned the unit on and left it working for 24 hours. The freezer was able to reach and hold at the set temperature.
Please note that when the temperature is set to -80°C, the freezer holds the temperature at -79°C. Similarly, when it is set to -86°C the freezer holds the temperature at -85°C.
The power consumption of Stirling freezers are much lower than the traditional ULT freezers. This unit consumes about 230 watts per hour and can be plugged into a standard (5-15 receptacle) North American outlet.
