STIIIZY Founder Accused of Renting to Unlicensed Dispensaries

According to the LA Times, the founder of popular California cannabis brand STIIIZY has allegedly also been serving as a landlord to unlicensed cannabis dispensaries. The report outlines how STIIIZY’s founder, Tony Huang, owns multiple holding companies that were connected to numerous illegal dispensaries in California – all while continuing to operate in the legal cannabis space via STIIIZY.

Wow, it’s almost like this whole industry wasn’t built off the backs of illegal producers.

I for one, am tired of the legal restrictions as they end up being a financial barrier and nothing more.

It should be lab tested, and if it passes regs for safety that should be the limit of control by any governing oversight.

Anyone with the skill in this industry can do what we do. The difference is really just funding and equipment availability, on top of regulatory compliance.

I hate seeing bullshit media narratives painting the non legal producers as being bad. It’s not black and white, never has been, never will be.

I’ve seen better gear produced out of basements than I have in legal sterile growing environments, in canada. Everyone in BC knows the fire is found with your old connect and not on a dispensary shelf.

Legal weed is nothing more than a tax scheme and the new 2023 version of a house slave sucking the masters dick.
