You’re correct. My point was simply many want equity until the biz isn’t making a profit. Typically they then will just not show up for work.

I would say your not right on that. They could hire a typical purchasing agent with lots of college and they wouldnt save as much as a person who knows more. its not as simple as a 20 minute google search.
Basically every billionaire I know did a job for free to get in the room.

the burial was a joke. A min wage worker drove a cart out and used a regular shovel and there was tree roots he couldnt get through. While we all stood there? It was a cremation burial next to my dad. i think its better if they use a backhoe the day before.

It must be how its always done. When my dad died I was 2 and the tree was a sapling, now its huge and the only tree in that part of the cemetary.

I would hate to work at an inefficient workplace. Some of my ups stops were dumb- id show up every day and there was a giant pile of packages. On the floor, next to a pallet??? id have to move it all onto the pallet, I asked the customer over and over to put it on the pallet instead of next to it but??? Another stop was last minute right before the airplane was taking off. They didnt speak english other than wait??? and then the pallet jacks never worked.
