It depends on what materials are used in the generator and if they’re playing nice within the spectrum and generating like charges.
They pretty much go through it in this video. Pretty easy to make a basic static charge generator. You can see the brush with the static charge is grabbing the junk. Since they’re using a poly brush, based on the chart i’d wager it’s negative polarity that’s pulling the junk, so if you were building a generator specifically for that, i’d stick with materials in the negative spectrum on the chart then figure out a way to keep it strongly charged.
Keep in mind that this is heavily dependent on the RH in the room and especially in the material so for this to work it needs to be bone dry which effectively zaps terps out of the equation. If that wasn’t the case this would be great for making rosin and other dab-ables.
