If you are trying to design a product using an off the shelf product don’t waste your time. The reason I am thinking this is your whole point of the OP is you keep saying fractions and diamond mining and those 2 words do not go together which leads me to believe you have never made diamonds.
I put a question mark behind glue because it was a question, not a statement. If that rubber ring is silicone, then it is not chemically compatible with terpenes from my understanding.
If pouring into glass is a nogo, then I’d look into pan tek, and replace the pyrex pan with something else.
Or pour into a steel ban marie, then put in a pressure vessel.

Perhaps better off with PTFE or PE seals then. Silicone may not be compatible for storring pure terps, or extracts for extended period of time. But on short term, few months, using silicone should not be detrimental.
